use some oil a little like olive oil is really good for hair but just a little. because it can end up greasy

sebastion trilliant adds awesome shine and is a thermal protectant as well, as far as not staying straight I would use a light hairspray! "Fluff" and grizzly could be caused by dried out hair, try a reconditioner! :)

maybe you need a better flat iron, i used to have that problem and have since used higher end flat irons and i dont have that problem anymore. If thats not it then try applying a straightening gel or balm to your hair when its damp, blow drying, and then flat ironing and that should do the trick
you also might not be using a high enough heat setting on your iron

Paul Mitchell wild ginger styling serum is amazing and will help to soften and defrizz your hair... also make sure you are sectioning your hair and not taking pieces that are more than an inch thick, use slow and steady tension on your hair. ceramic flat irons are the best!
