Keep practicing and you maybe want to try a liquid eye liner pen. They're really helpful when learning how to do a winged eyeliner.

I've seen tutorials were they use tape or a post stick at the end of the eye so the wing come out better, I've tried and it takes practice too but it's worth the try!!

Hold a mirror below your chin. Look down and you'll be able to see the natural angle of your eye. Trace it and fill in. Gel liners are great for this and you won't need tape. Tape will pull to much on your skin. The skin around your eye is very delicate. Pulling tape off can cause wrinkles!

I don't think there's a special technique for that. you just need to have a calm hand and a good, non smeary eyeliner, preferably liquid or gel. practice makes it perfect I think! (: and make sure to check out make up tutorials, they help tons!
