when you see your hair falling down and look like a horror movie do you see that cutting it or shave it the best way to maybe make new look or start again healthy hair .....give me your opinions about this big problem

regular cuts and not colouring it to ofter also if you wear it up don't wear it tight because it is putting strain on the hair causing it to fall out try when you conditioning your hair comb it through because hair does fall out naturally to replenish its self
