I have been taking Biotin for a few months now and I cannot tell if it is working or not! Does it work for anyone else?

It won't necessarily change the speed of your growth, but it will make your hair grow in stronger and healthier and you'll have less breakage in the future

Depends on why your buying it.if you want your hair to be stronger its great but if your looking for your hair to grow faster get a scalp treatment done by your hairstylist. Alot of the time slow hair growth is due to an un healthy scalp" by scrapping off dead skin and left over product your hair has more of a chance to breath and grow. look at it as when you rake your yard it leaves room for the grass to grow without all this gunk to push through. Also most stylists use a mint tingle product during the scalp treatment and massage it in therefore stimulating. Its affordable and so relaxing

it worked well for me but I got really bad spots while taking it. they cleared up within a week of stopping the biotin.

I just started taking them like a month ago and I've definitely been noticing a difference, mostly in my nails but my hair too

Yes but it works slowly well except for your nails because they'll grow fast

It didn't work at all for me and I used the whole bottle everyday but my hair doesn't grow at all...

I was taking biotin for quite a while and wanted to compare the difference in hair quality, fallout, and growth by comparing it to my hair when I stopped taking biotin for one whole month (stopped the day I last touched up my roots and the 4 weeks after so I could measure from there). I still don't know if it helps with the rate of growth too much (maybe a bit? I can't determine this yet), but the quality of my hair was so much better when taking biotin and my fallout was so much less. Wether or not it increases the time of growth or not doesn't matter to me, as long as the rest of my hair is healthy enough so it won't break off or have any split ends, which is how I find biotin to help with the most.

I've been taking biotin for almost two years and it has made a big difference on my skin, it has never been more flawless and clear, but it hasn't done much on my hair or nails
