My hair is pretty normal, but I'd really love to have some super thick hair:)

Take good care of it. Brush it, and take biotin. also don't wash it too often. It will definitely improve the feel and look of your hair, but I'm pretty sure you can't make it thicker. That's in your genetics

You can't make it thicker. Sorry. But you can tease it to make it look thick. It's just in your genetics.

my hair was always thick, then i got on bc and i wasnt eating so healthy for a while and my hair thinned out A LOT. I got off the bc, im eating a lot healthier, taking fish oils, and exercising and my hair is thicker then ever its actually a pain now, my hairline is still growing in though where it was thinning. If your hair has always been thin its probably always going to be thin, you can use products with keratin which coat the hair making it appear healthier and thicker, and you can apply mousse before styling, use hot rollers and tease to get very voluminous looks and if that doesnt satisfy look to hair extensions lol
