Ugh I want to know the same :\ right now I only use aloe vera gel. I think it works but some say it doesn't. I also was recommended mederma to help fade them along with lemon juice, exfoliating and patience. I was also told to always wear SPF so they don't darken while in the sun and to stay away from products with benzoly peroxide in them. I guess that makes them darker also.

I do a natural remedy.. Baking soda with water makes a pase and olive oil. I use the pase first, which really scrubs any dead skin any useless dirt and fifth off the first layer of my face then use a facial cleaner ... It really gets into the pores, then to moisturize I use some real olive oil and rub it on my face. It truly helps with acne and the black spots plus many more. Natural is the way to go.

^^ yeah I guess it's iffy. I hear both it working and not working. I get mine straight from an aloe vera plant. For me, time is a big part of fading dark spots :\ hopefully no more breakouts, I want clear skin!

You can use a hot towel for open the pores, then press your nose, clean it, wash your face with warm_cold water to close the pores.... Do it like 3 times to week.
