I say look for something balancing, as opposed to something made for "oily hair". Whenever I try things for "oily" hair, it makes my hair oilier. ALWAYS. But if I use products that are balancing, then i typically find i have less of a problem, I also find that shampoos and conditioners without silicones are help.

I love head and shoulders! It's the only thing that keeps my hair from getting super oily without drying it out super bad.
