this my current hairstyle(on the left) and I dont know what to do. I'm in the process of growing it out because I miss my long hair but i need to style it because its getting very messy. I dont know what cut or colors I should do or perming it. ombre, blonde, curls, silver hair, or iono haha. please give me some input thank you!! ^^

Don't perm your hair!! That does so much damage, especially if you want to grow it out. Have you considered layers? If you'd get layers and tease it, it would look so cute! Also I think you would look good with blonde highlights
