What is the best face wash for dry to combination skin? And I'm turning 20 should I start protecting my skin and start using anti-aging products I have seen a lot of tutorials and a lot of beauty guru (they are young) use them and I was not sure if its a good idea or not???... Any advice.?

alot of people tell me when u have combination skin do not use soap to wash ur face only water how is that keeping the face clean from dirt?
