Recently I've been breaking out all over my chin. I thought this could be to do with my period, but it just gets worse once it finished.
I have changed my foundation around Christmas time to the Benefit flawless one.
I have a well designed skin care routine, featuring oil free products.
I am thinking about getting a Clarisonic, will this help with my spots? Any other ideas will be appreciated!

Help???

It could be because of the new foundation. i had switch to Bare Essentials and it made my chin break out like crazy. Now I use Revlon Color Stay and I love it. And I usually don't like liquid foundations. Also, watch how much diary you are eating. Diary and chocolate make me break out a lot. You could also go in a hot sauna to clean out your pores, it does help and my face always feel soft afterwards.
Clarisonic would be good. You could try a cheaper type of electric scrubber because i know the Clarisonic is expensive.
Working out does help improve your skin as well. Also note that you may not a difference right away. it takes your skin more than 28 days to adjust to the new cleansing products going on your skin. So switching to often can cause acne!

That makes sense thank you very much, I am going to stop using the benefit foundation to see if my spots improve, If I'm using other benefit products eg. Brows and cheeks would they have the same affect of the foundation?

I mean because I use brow zings (brow pallets) and a cheek tint by Benefit, will it have the same affect as the foundation

It depends, have you started using these recent? it probably shouldn't effect it because you said you're
only breaking out
on your chin?
