What is a good eyeliner that won't smear into my eye or on my contacts? Thanks

I really like Maybelline eyeliners because they're a lot more pigmented, especially the master drama in midnight master which is my favorite, but they smudge a lot easier than most I've noticed. But Revlon colorstay like Brittany said is a great choice. It does come off after hours of wear but instead of smudging it mostly just disappears.

The only ones That stay on my waterline is the Rimmel London Kohl pencil in jet black and the UD 24/7 glide on pencil in Perversion!

A pencil liner generally works better, but don't go for a kohl one because they are more likely to smudge during application.

The best way to get a really dark black to stay in your waterline?! Use a black gel liner and go over it with a matte black eyeshadow! It will literally stay all day!! I use it for all my brides that want a dramatic eye!!
