Makeup artistry... Where should I start?

I have the opportunity to go to a beauty school like Paul Mitchell or Regency; however, those schools seem to really focus on hair and training people to be hair stylists. I'm honestly not interested in being a hair stylist. I want to focus on makeup alone. I could do freelance, work for a company, or photographer. I've seen an what online school that focuses solely on makeup artistry. I dont know to do or where to go! Any advice?
