It definitely sounds like you should see your dermatologist again! Salicylic acid is often used to treat dermatitis because it promotes skin cell turnover. On a more natural note, honey is often used on the skin for its antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties. If your skin is sensitive I would try either of these in small amounts and see how your skin reacts.

Sorry, that sounds terrible. Maybe go to another dermatologist and get another opinion on treatment. You definitely should go the more natural route as far as products though. Soothing and calming but also hydrating. Jurliques Calendula Cream really helps sooth the skin and reduce reduce. Couldn't hurt.

I'd see a doctor, you can get cream prescribed that helps calm it down stop the irritation. Until then I'd stick to a cream that's light and natural and keep to the same one. Make sure you wash your face gently and try to not use makeup.
I'd make sure you get a prescribed cream though as it's obviously causing a lot of irritation to your skin.

My son had persistent eczema and dermatitis on his forearms. I found Aquaphore applied to wet skin to be very helpful. Consider a water filter for your showerhead.

Try DermaZinc. I have eczema on my face too. Also try Cetaphil (sp) moisturizer.

Try aloe Vera gel. It moisturizes and soothes the skin. Buy a plant because it's best in its natural state.

I had the exact same problem, I went to see my local dermatologist and he prescribed me a cream an it worked wonders, it got rid of all the eczema on my face, unfortunately this was years ago and I no longer use the cream so I can't really tell you what it was. I suggest you go and see a range Of dermatologists and try out different creams to see which one works best, also stay away from any scented creams, soap bars or shower gels, they will just make it worse
