Pill for skin problems?

I was wondering if going on the pill will clear my face up? Late last year my skin started to get really horrible and now it's at a point that I can no longer stand. I'm sick of having to wear makeup and looking unnatural. Advice?

Accutane works, its amazing but you can only take it if you ask the dermatologist to prescribe it for you and after you undergo a blood test (: xx
