Dry hair especially after showers any tips?

i have dry hair but i dont use any heat products! my hair looks especially dry after showers and ive tried olive oil treatments and showering less what am i doing wrong is their any vitamins i can take? plus my hair is medium in length and im trying to grow it out so i cant cut my hair yet. what can i do!

argon oil is a miracle put on your hair before you dry ! you can buy it I'm most places depending on where your from !
