I'm going on a fast Walmart run later tonight to grab some cheap (but quality!) last minute kit items for a job I was JUST notified about.

Panic!

In your opinion, what inexpensive liquid liner pencil is the best? Also, what's great for piecing out layers? That's more for me, heh. Hair isn't my arena just yet!
