Healthy diet and exercise . There are a lot of quick fixes like shakes and soups which may help initially but they aren't sustainable (plus they are super expensive!)

try to eat lots of times (5) during the day and exercise. Make sure what u eat's not too much this way it wont be so hard and u'll have results...it worked for me!

Don't use products. Use food and exercise. The quickest way for me is to drink half a gallon to a gallon of water a day. You'll pee out extra water weight and it fills you up. Eat fresh foods. Maybe try being vegetarian or vegan for a while. I've been vegetarian for years, as soon as I switched to vegan the weight melted off.

I did a cleanse and eliminated foods that are thought to be inflammatory. I found that I am intolerant to dairy and gluten. Once I eliminated those 2 out of my diet and generally started eating healthy (exercising 3 times a week - if you haven't tried Zumba, I would highly recommend it) I lost 25lb in 7 months!

Eat Less, Move more.
I've just lost 15lb doing exactly that with a whole lot more to go.
If you crave something then have it, or a piece of it otherwise it will cause bingeing which os not got for you or your body.
Best of all make sure those around you support you, and good luck :)

I lost 83 pounds last year and I didn't use any products. Products seem to be a short fix and you gain it back. Vitamins are good to take though not the "magic diet" pills. I worked out (mostly just on the treadmill) at least for 25 minutes per day and really changed my diet. You should always eat small meals throughout the day and eat as much raw vegetables and fruits that you can. I know I'm no expert and still need to loose a lot more, but this is what helped me. Water, working out and food portioning. I have been on a diet for about a month and have lost 10 lbs so far. I work out 4 times a week, drink a gallon of water everyday and try eating as healthy as possible. Lean proteins like chicken, salmon and good carbs like brown rice and a whole lot of veggies. Here's a good tip I heard: "if it can last longer than a week in your fridge, then it's not worth eating". Its not a diet, its a lifestyle change. Good luck on Your weight loss journey!

RUN and keep running...
fastest way to loose FAT...
theres no product to loose weight...
if it is not natural then its not good for you...
although this is the fastest natural way...
dont expect it to give any remarkeable changes...
it comes with time and consistancy...
drink water...
take your minerals...
enjoy food...not too much of it thoough

and you should see change in 1month if you stick to a regimen!!!

Try to eat 3 times a day, so just the regular meals. Eat lots of vegatables and drink a lot of water over the day and tea, that really helps lol. And then exercise 20 min a day at least. Thats how you lose weight really quickly :)

I did the herbalife diet, from 122lbs I'm down to 106lbs in 2mos. It's a meal replacement and it's kinda healthy and yummy too :) or you can do master cleanse as well :)

everyone know the right way to lose weight but are to stubborn or lazy to believe it.. I was the same way,,, but now I know....when I was 12 I was 160 lbs and one day I was like ehh with food so no eating exept for those peanut butter crackers after school or something and I lost 60 lbs in 2 months... im not encouraging any one to do this because now im 17 and after my son was born it has been hellllll losing weight all because I lost those 60lbs without eating ....ive lost 20lbss after birth then gained it... now im losing it again.. but I don't lose weight for some reason I only lose inches allways always use a measurement because the scale may not show your true results till later :)

Lots of water with lemon juice. Eat an orange after meals...the acids helps eliminate the fat.
