before you pick at your face, look at yourself in the mirror and think of how much worse it can become if you do pick at it. messing with your face will just make things worse, believe me, I know, I've struggled with acne for 3 years now.

I'm had mild acne and always picked. But then it always looked worse. Now I use self control and remember how bad it looked. But sometimes I never learn and then remember why i shouldn't do it. I'm on Differin now and no active acne just marks from picking but they fading fast because if the differin.

im a teenager too and i have acne and i pick at my pimples too i just cant help it :P. but it u pick.at them they can leave acne scars and just make ur skintone all uneven looking

Keep your hair away from your face (e.g pony tail). Your hair could be pricking your face and causing irritation and it can spread acne bacteria. And picking at your acne may leave permanent scarring on your face like pock marks.
