I always hear people say washing your hair everyday is bad and I just wanted to know how many people do? Is it just me? :)

it's not good to wash your hair everyday.
you strip off precious oils that naturally shine and protect your hair. and yes it actually does dry out ends and make them prone to splitting. instead try going at least a day in between washing hair and apply a good hair serum to the ends to rid of dryness. when your ends are dry they snag onto things easily and can break or stretch and it can even be from your own brush. so serum at the ends especially after a fresh trim will help seal and protect them from even thinking about splitting.
