Lots of pharmacies and beauty stores sell this product which is clear and tastes really bad. It worked for me! Otherwise, try to always have nail polish on
Your nails. That also works really well!

I used to bite them since forever. I tried everything polish that aloe stuff and Te clear that taste bad. None of that worked. What worked was getting tips but telling them not to file my natural nail down and I kept filling them in. I would rub vitamin e oil on them every night and massage into cuticle. After about 2 months I removed the nails by soaking them and my natural nails were thin but with good clear base polish with vitamins and thickening serum they grew out and I constantly polished them. I I had the urge to bite them I would peel polish off and repaint them or chew a piece of gum. Eventually I stopped and now have beautiful long nails. Good luck it's hard but you can do it!

I was nailbiting for a long time too. But I was able to stop. It's not easy, but not impossible. First, you need to realize why you are biting nails and why you want to stop. Write these things down on a paper. You need to trust yourself, and you need to convince yourself that you're able to do it. Next, you need to make a sort of a diary. Make a picture of your nails every week and write down every day if you have bitten your nails that day or not. For me it worked so I hope this will help you too.
