Eyebrow Shaping Help?

My eyebrows are quite sparse, but they're a brown. I'm really confused what to do because I've tried to line or pencil them in but it almost looks too much :/ I added a picture of me attached to this, thank you so much :) also suggestions for brow shadows? Sorry for the weird picture of me , haha I added no filter and I'm not wearing makeup :) x
