I did this before just to go out but will this be nice enough for Valentines Day to go out with my boyfriend?!

The color pink is beautiful with your brown eyes. However, I would suggest keeping the color to your lids...blend a warmer skin tone shade through your creases and a darker shade in the outer V and blend into your eye socket for more definition. Blend...blend.... ;-)
