crest 3D toothpaste and mouthwash and once a week try baking soda or strawberries. if your looking for something fast i heard wonderful things on crest whitening strips also if you go to Walgreens or any drug store u can find whitening pens u just brush on your teeth :)

try mashing a strawberry and mixing with baking soda...really works. actually thanks for reminding me...must get strawberries tomorrow :-)
