So I got on birth control and since then gained a couple of pound I can't lose.

It's widely rumored that some birth control does make you gain weight. I don't think mine made me gain weight, but I've been on it for like 5 years.

When I was on it, not only did I gain weight, I gained a whole cup size. Yikes.

I've been on birth control since 2007. I didn't gain weight. Well, I did, but I'm pretty sure that was because I was eating two lunches for each lunch break when I was in high school. And then I lost 25 pounds after high school, so... yeah... If you know it's not because of an increased appetite, which BC can do, then you may just be on the wrong BC and you may want to try a different kind. BC is just one of those things you sometimes have to "play around" with to find one that is best for you.

I'll try that thanks. Maybe it's not b/c of the BC but damn, I can't lose those pounds. Wish I could finally be happy with my body.
