I need help. My veins look blue, but other times they look green, lol.

I agree with Kaylee 's sentiments. You are probably just neutral or olive. While we can get away with more shades of foundation, be careful of highly pigmented foundations because some may still come up too pink or too yellow and it will be obvious that something isn't right with your foundation. Try to stuck as close to neutral shades, and if that's not possible you can always neutralize with tinted setting powders or mix with other foundations.
