you are putting too much emphasis on your eyes. try focusing on your eyebrows to make up for the extremely thick line of eyeliner/shadow you have. I think it's about accentuating the eyelid, not covering it altogether. but if that's what you like, go for it.

Yes eyeliner is too thick. Also you should make the wing swing more upward or else it'll make your eyes look "sad". Your eye color is gorgeous. Use some gold eye shadow.

Don't do anything to your eyebrows! Leave that for when you're older. I think just practice doing a thinner eyeliner and you face will look more delicate. There's so many different ways of applying eyeliner, try them all! :)

I think the liner is nice, however if you're going to have it thick then blend it out with lighter tones or even some shimmer.
