My Nailpolish Keep Chipping

Whatever I do, my nailpolish keeps chipping. Using topcoat, basecoat etc. Wearing Dior or drugstore. DOESNOT MATTER!! Somebody knows a magic trick?? ( I'm not from the USA so I can't buy something that's only in america!) xxx
