Try a shampoo by organix called the brazilian keratin shampoo and conditioner. Use it religiously and take hair skin and nail vitamins

I have never really had this issue. But take vitamins such as biotin 5000mg and I would suggest john freida damage control its the red bottles. It keeps my hair soft silky and healthy and I have seen growth while using it

Your hair is growing. It doesn't seem like it cause your hair is breaking. Your new growth is only replacing the broken off hair. So you probably need deep condition your hair every week or every two weeks. You can trim like the other girl suggested to prevent breakage from going all the way up your hair shaft.

I hear you, I'm working on growing my relaxed hair out as well. What I've found that works for me is deep conditioning regularly, doing protein treatments, protective styling (styles that protect the ends of my hair), and not using a ton of heat on my hair (but using heat protectant when I do). Hope that helps! =)
