i want to contour my nose
does anyone know a good contour color?
any recommendations?

There are a lot of options when it comes to contouring, you can use pretty much anything. For your nose though, I would suggest picking a concealer or a foundation, or even an eyeshadow, that's just a bit darker than your skin. That way the contouring takes effect, but it's not too harsh.
