i assume it is cuz it has olive oil as well as other oils in it like coconut oil, peanut oil..its the best penetrating hair lotion
use it right after you have just washed your hair and your hair is completely damp and then wrapping it with a towel. Afterwards it is very easy to style and stays moisturized throughout the day.

It doesn't make your hair oily and greasy? I would think that you'd wash it off after.

no actually it never gave me greasy hair.. after it penetrates it makes hair look shiny which doesnt look greasy..atleast not for me...but its cheap so even if its not of ur liking u wont feel like u wasted money...its $6

it is! my little sister has it and she has frizzy curly hair/ afro hair. she uses loads though. if you have normal hair that it a little dry then just put some on the ends before straightening:)
