i can never apply white eyeliner to get the big eye effect. can anyone help white!!

put it on the bottom waterline. but you have to be careful not to get it clumppy on the bottom lashes

i like to just put it on the outter half of the water line and make it fade out in the middle. putting it full on makes it look a bit awkward especially if you have dark color eyes
