I recently went to CVS and bought a Psychians Formula palette. I was so excited because I have heard great things.. let's just say it was $15 not well spent. The eyeshadows have like.. zero pigmentation. I have bought eyeshadow from the dollar store with more pigmentation then the palette I got. Maybe I got a bad palette or something but.. I am really disappointed and I don't suggest them.

Best:
Urban Decay, Kat Von D (although very soft so they can give you more than you need and fly everywhere), Inglot, and Sugarpill. Urban Decay isn't in my top three though. That would be the other three I listed.
Worst:
The stuff you get from bhcosmetics, Coastal scents, etc. I hate Revlon eyeshadows too.

i have to say, i really really dislike the too faced boxed shadows and the old urban decay palettes with sparkley glitter eyeshadows. the fall out is unreal, and you get glitter all over your face and little pigmentation!

Worst: Smaxbox eye shadows , I have 2 different ones and I swear it has NO PIGMANT whatsoever -_- even with high end primers it won't stay on!
