There's a difference from excessive exercise and healthy jogging running you want results get your cardio flowing and you will hit a goal for sure as for makeup and hair you just got experiment with it

if i were you i would start by plucking your eyebrows not too drasticly but just refining them ( if you don't already ) i think it's a nice way to frame your face naturally and beautifully! and obviously exercise but don't over do it! and wash your face every morning and night!

A great way to keep Track of what you eat is myfitnesspal. You can find it for free in the App Store. I use it and its really helpful and easy to use. It helps me get organized about what I'm eating and there are also great exercise apps as well. Even if you are just walking a mile a day it helps. Physical results takes time but just the effort you put into it will increase your energy and always remember to smile
