I love these eye pencils! If you want high pigmentation, easy blending and portability and a great price, you will LOVE these. I suggest that you use an eye primer beforehand, or the pencils will easily crease. Milk is a GREAT colour, especially as a base for much brighter shadows. I will definitely be adding to my collection as soon as I can!
