• Lucky Bag XL**: ($150 USD for $300+ USD of products).

• Get One, Give One**: You’ll pay $150 USD and receive ONE Original Lucky Bag (with a value of $150+ USD of products), and we’ll donate the other Original Lucky Bag (with a value of $150+ USD of products) to Project Glimmer on your behalf.

• Jeffree Star Cosmetics Lucky Bag: ($75 for $150+ of JSC products).

Lucky Bags are filled at random, so there’s no way to know what your bag will contain—it’s a surprise! Rest assured, all Original Lucky Bags will include $150 or more of products.

Original and Lucky Bag XL are filled at random with products from various brands on Beautylish. Every Lucky Bag is a surprise—that’s part of the fun! Jeffree Star Cosmetics Lucky Bags are filled with Jeffree Star Cosmetics products only (does not include fashion accessories).

Original Lucky Bag and Lucky Bag XL will not include Jeffree Star Cosmetics products.

No, the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Lucky Bag is different from the Mystery Box offered on the Jeffree Star Cosmetics website. The Jeffree Star Cosmetics Lucky Bag will not include any fashion accessories.

Your Lucky Bag will only contain products that are eligible to ship to your location. Our normal international shipping restrictions apply.

Lucky Bags are filled at random (it’s part of the fun!), so we can’t guarantee the contents of your bag. However, we try our best to make sure Fair-Medium Lucky Bags contain products that complement fair to medium skin and Dark-Deep Lucky Bags contain products that are better suited for deeper skin tones. We don’t include foundation or concealer in Lucky Bags.

There aren’t any skin tone options for the Lucky Bag XL, only the Original Lucky Bags ($75 USD for $150 USD of products).

You can purchase one Lucky Bag every year. Please note that we limit one Lucky Bag per order, customer, shipping address, and payment method.

Your payment method will be charged in full at checkout when placing your Lucky Bag order.

Sorry, Lucky Bags are not eligible for Flexible Payments at this time.

If you have store credit, it will be automatically applied to the total of your Lucky Bag order (including any applicable shipping fees, taxes, and/or duties). The store credit amount to be applied will be seen on the order checkout page. Any remaining balance will then be paid with the payment method of your choice.

Yes. Afterpay is available to eligible customers in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the United States only. If you’re eligible to pay with Afterpay, you’ll see it as a payment method option at checkout.

Yes. However, if you have a past-due payment on an open Flexible Payments order, you will not be able to order a Lucky Bag until your balance has been paid.

Sorry to hear you changed your mind! You can cancel your Lucky Bag for a refund up until the order has shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at service@beautylish.com or 1-877-992-5474.

Once your Lucky Bag order has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Please note, Lucky Bags are final sale once shipped to you; they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All Lucky Bag sales are final, so they’re not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for Lucky Bag, Lucky Bag XL, and Jeffree Star Cosmetics Lucky Bag. This allows us to include more products in each Lucky Bag while keeping the price below retail value. The shipping fee varies by destination and the fee is non-refundable.

• United States: $10 for original Lucky Bag; $15 for Lucky Bag XL

• Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Germany & France: $20

• Everywhere else*: $25

Shipping is free for all Get One, Give One Lucky Bags.

A signature may be required for Lucky Bag XL deliveries.

Lucky Bags will start shipping on or before January 10, 2023. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Order arrival times vary by destination.

The estimated date of delivery will be displayed during checkout, but your order’s arrival varies by destination and the delivery estimate is not a guarantee. We ship via economy service, so we can keep costs low and include more products in your Lucky Bag. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause further delays.

Lucky Bags must be purchased on their own. Please place a separate order for any other items you need.

Due to shipping restrictions, Lucky Bag XL is only available within the United States.

You will be charged duties and tax at checkout. Duties and tax are calculated based on the subtotal of your Lucky Bag.

We ship Lucky Bags to all regions listed here except for Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Peru, Philippines, South Africa, and Thailand.

Yes, but you must redeem the qualifying points to store credit on your Beautylish account. First, log in to your Beautylish account using an internet browser.

Then, from the Your Account page, select Beautylish Rewards and redeem the qualifying amount to store credit. You will then see the store credit on the order checkout page when placing your Lucky Bag order. We recommend doing this in advance of the Lucky Bag Event so the store credit is available to use right away.

Yes! You will earn Reward points for the purchase price of the Lucky Bag (excluding any sales tax and/or shipping fee).
