I bought this just to try out something new. The color is fantastic and gives a deep dramatic black. The texture is smooth and stays on all day. Applying the gel does take a little longer compared to a stick or pen, considering you have to brush it on, but if you're going for a more precise line then this works very well.

This is my absolute favorite palette! I had been using cheap shadow and was reluctant to spend this much on just one palette, but it was more than worth it. The texture is wonderful and easy to apply. The colors have a great range, for just a simple, more natural look, all the way to a dramatic night eye. I even went out and bought 2 more for presents to my family. I would recommend this product for everyone.
