Beauty Product Reviews
Keep looking...
It leaves a really nice glossy finish, and dries in about a minute. I love it for that. However, it makes my polish chip and peel no matter what brand of nail polish I use. It also gets dry and sticky about half way through the bottle. What a waste! I don't hate it, but I won't be buying this again.
Little goes a long way!
I got this in a sample from sephora. I like that it's spf 50. It's definately a good choice if you're planning to be in the sun all day. It is very moisturizing, and it only takes a small amount to cover your face. It's good for use under foundations that can be drying. As for staying power, I dont feel that it kept my foundation on my face longer than any of my cheaper primers. For the price, I wouldn't repurchase it. But I would definately recommend it for someone looking for a higher end primer with great sun protection :)
Great... at first
I decided to try this because I've used sulfate free shampoos before and really liked it (S factor by tigi). At first, my hair felt amazing. I didn't even need conditioner because this shampoo was so moisturizing. But the longer I used it, the more weighed down my hair felt. I have medium thick wavy hair, so I have a lot of natural volume. This made my hair so flat! I won't repurchase this.
Broke me out!
There are quite a few things i disliked about this foundation. I have combination skin and am very acne prone. This foundation doesn't cover as well as Revlon Colorstay liquid. It also takes a very long time to set. It felt heavy on my face, and I didn't like how it looked on my skin. After using it for about 2 weeks, I realized it was breaking me out. I break out quite a bit, but this caused my skin to become so irritated I had to put my normal skin regimen on hold. Everything I put on my face burned, even pure aloe gel. The ingredient list on this is extemely long, and I couldn't believe I didn't think to look first. It has a very strong smell of chemicals. I really regret buying this. I would not reccomend this, nor would i ever purchase this again. Revlon Whipped, meet my trashcan. :)
Smells Delicious
I bought the Cherry Me one. It smells like cherry koolaid! I really like the sheer red color because I don't really like the intensity of lipstick. It looks really natural and feels nice on my lips. It doesn't really work as a balm to go under other lip products though. It's not that long lasting either. But I still like it :) I would probably buy it again.
Does what it says
I already have pretty full lashes, but this mascara makes them so long! I don't have any problems with clumping or flaking. It only takes one or two coats, and it also holds a curl really well. I've tried other fiber extension mascaras, but never really noticed a big difference except with this one. This is my new staple mascara :)
Hype
When I first saw this at walmart, they didn't have the light shade. So after reading lots of good reviews on here I went back and got the last light shade on the rack. My skin is more in between light and medium shades, so I figured light was better than dark. This is actually the first concealer I've ever used (crazy, I know) because I don't wear full face makeup everyday. I thought the pencil was kind of pointless. Not sure what to do with it. The concealer is really cakey on me. When I use it for my dark circles it just creases, and with my acne it makes it look dry. The shade is a little too light. I wish there were more shade options. Not buying this again.... and a little goes a long way so I'm not sure what to do with it haha!
Natural Looking
I love this bronzer. It adds a nice touch of color without looking orange-y. It looks really natural and blends well. The brush that comes with it is kind of useless, so I use my own brush. I like how it has pink tones in it too, so it's like a bronzer/blusher in one.
