My Favorite Nude!
It has been a bit of a challenge for me to find a nude matte lipstick for my yellow/warm-toned fair skin in the cold months. All of my summer nudes are too dark, and I didn't want to spend a heap of money on one lipstick. I had tried Wet'n'Wild lip products in the past and have not liked them too much. However, after hearing so many YouTubers mention the MegaLast lipsticks, I decided to give them a try. And I love them. They aren't too drying, and they last a really (really) long time. I like to rub my lips together a lot when I wear a lip color, so I like for the formula to feel moisturizing. These practically feel like silk. I've never tried such a highly pigmented, long-lasting, or simply flattering lipstick before. And for $1.93, I repurchased a few more, some of which are now my go-to lipsticks out of my entire collection. I am so impressed!
Great But Not So Great
Um, I love the color, but it DOES NOT go with deeper skin tones like mine. I tried, but I can't make it work. I wear it with a lipgloss and that's kind've better. I wouldn't recommend it for deeper skin tones (like mine) but they are great for lighter skin tones. I love the color though.
Amazing Quality, but drying
The quality is amazing. It's super pigmented (watch out for brighter colors) and it stays put for a super long time (it slightly stains the lips). However, it's very drying on your lips, so you should wear chapstick before or after you put it on. It doesn't cake, feather, bleed or smudge at all so that's good. Transfering isn't that bad, especially for such a cheap lip stick.
Cost is about $2.99
I don't know if its the one I bought but I hated it! I bought it for around $3. I used it twice hated it. Had to wipe it completely off and I threw it away. I felt that it was very dry and when applied on lips it didn't go on smoothly. You would be able to see the lines of my lips and it was just a bad experience for me.
Worth to try
I immediately bought this product after it was posted onto the beautylish homepage. After reading most of the reviews I knew what to expect. I bought the lipstick in 'Just Peachy' for just $3. It is a beautiful nudeish-pink color, very neutral and natural color. The lipstick is very matte and defiantly is long lasting, usually when I apply my Maybelline lipstick it would smudge off onto my bottle of water when I drink it but the Wet N Wild lipstick doesn't. I will probably purchase another lipstick in 'Wine Color' soon because it is such a beautiful red.
The colors are very beautiful but the product is sometimes to thick to ignore. Using a moisturizing chap-stick underneath before applying definitely helps. No mater what this product stays in my makeup bag and I would purchase again.
