Libertine Eye Shadow Palette

I travel quite a bit and have always worried about flying with some of my larger palettes, but missing some of the vibrant colors I'd have to leave at home. Enter the Libertine palette -- some of my favorites in a perfectly sized palette! But don't let the size fool you -- these pack a punch, blend flawlessly and are a delight to use on the road and off.

i tried this once. but very happy with it. Probably one of my favourites. And i can carry it with me. Good size.

Good set of colors. Excellent pigmentation. High-quality boxing. Large mirror. Excellent for travelling. Good addition for my collection. I'm very satisfied.

After the discovery of this brand with the petite pro 1, I went on with this Libertine palette. I hesitated with other ones from the brand but the colour story of this particular one convinced me. I wanted something bold with some originality in the colours. I was afraid there would be some redundancy with the petite pro 1 as 5 colours seemed to be close, however the deep dark matte blue and the shimmery ivy green convinced me. I am glad I was convinced because this is a great palette. All colours are once applied exactly what they appear in the pan. The strong violet / magenta on the bottom raw is exceptional and this was a good surprise. The 5 colours that seem comparable to 5 of the petite pro 1 are definitely different. The cream colour is darker, the light brown is more earthy, the merlot is a real merlot not a red brown, and the shimmer wine has more pink in it. The quality is great, shadows are soft, creamy, pigmented, and easy to blend from a strong and bold application to a simple wash of colour. No patchiness to expect as these shadows are really homogeneous, even the dark mattes. I would not compare the shimmers to those of N Denona as these ones are most subtile and I think they complement each other, and this justifies why I have palettes from both brands !

Every time I pick up this palette I swoon over Viseart's formulas, the colors are pigmented and smooth, and they blend really beautifully, without skipping or looking patchy. I would definitely recommend any Viseart palette for the formula alone.

With the Libertine Palette specifically, I am really impressed with the color selection. When I first saw the shades I was a little skeptical of the cohesion of palette as a whole, but the more I looked at the colors the more looks and combinations started jumping out at me. You really have so many options in this group of colors, and there is not a single color that can't combine with other shades in the palette to make a complete look. I'm so happy I picked up this palette!

This is a palette of stunning strong colors that apply easily. The color combinations are many. In addition, it plays well with other palettes if desired.

This is the first time I have used Viseart's shimmers and they are beyond my expectations. So much so I ordered the Viseart Pro 2 and now the 1 palettes. Defiantly one of the best companies for shadows and by that I mean Pat McGrath, these two and you really do not need anything else - unless you are a make up junkie which I happen to be.
