Violet Satine
I bought Violet Satine as soon as it launched here on Beautylish and I absolutely love it. This is the first of the new cream quads to catch my attention and I think I like this formula more than the wet/dry.
The matte shades are pigmented but buildable, blend seamlessly with my natural hair brushes and wear well throughout the day without creasing. The shimmers are beautiful and can be applied with fingertips for a high shine finish or with a brush for a softer look.
I only wear cool tones and purples are a favorite so I know how notoriously difficult they are to formulate but these were done very well. I didn't experience any patchiness or muddy colors when blending and while the mattes are incredibly easy to work with, the shimmer, especially the top right lilac shade, are the standouts.
I can't recommend this quad enough, especially to those looking for true purples that aren't red/pink based and I hope TF makes this permanent.
