Poor formula.
Beautylish is amazing and out of a dozen or more items, all of which are perfect, only this one has been disappointing. I think mine is expired or a bad batch because it came scratched up and the formula almost Hurts to put on because it’s drags so harshly across the lips. Is it returnable or replaceable? Thank you!

The perfect packaging! Bad formula
The packaging on this item is everything I've ever wanted in a bullet lipstick. It is a real conversation piece. Unfortunately the lipstick itself leaves a lot to be desired. It goes on very similar to the Melt lipstick formula, but unlike the Melt formula it never turns to a creamy consistency. It is very dry. With it being such a dark, rich color, this makes it apply patchy. If I am paying $20 for a bullet lipstick, it should not be patchy at all. It gets 2 stars only because I really really live the packaging. I will be returning this though.
