How to Use

• Illuminating Powder Foundation can be worn alone or over top of tinted moisturizer .
• Apply with a sponge or buff it into the skin with the flat end of Brush #24.
• For more opaque, high shimmer finish, use a damp sponge.
• For a true powder finish use the sponge dry.
• For more sheer finish, use the brush.
• Set Perfecting Concealer with a small amount of Illuminating Powder Foundation. The formula is fine enough for under the eyes. Using it under the eyes keeps concealer in place and prevents eye makeup from running.
• Wash the Illuminating Powder Foundation sponge regularly in soap and water to eliminate bacteria. The holes in the bottom of the Illuminating Powder Foundation Compact will allow the sponge to air out and return to normal quickly.
