BEST BLUSH DUO

I bought this on the labor day sale and I don't regret it, I highly recommend this set if you like blushes with pink tones, it is a coral that looks very barbie pink on the pan but in reality it is more coral and you can build it to make it look natural or a little more loaded. The highlighter is beautiful, with a shift to gold and pink highlights that can even serve to illuminate the inner corner of the eye. And the packaging is stuning !!!

most BEAUTIFUL duo

This is my first purchase for a ND skin product and I must say that it has impressed me, the blush and the highlighter really melt into the skin and the tones of both are beautiful, for all skin types I dare to say (my complettion is ligth fair with pink/cool undertone). The cream blush is very easy to apply with your fingertips or a thick brush and the highlighter has an impressive undertone and a shift pinky champagne; the reflection it´s amaizing without being glittery or looking chunky. Super recommended. Love it!

Beautiful

I would never had purchased a cream blush but this was so pretty I just had to try it. I am incredibly impressed at it's staying power, It is very pigmented which is nice because that makes it buildable. It has staying power and on aging skin the fact that it does highlight pores is a huge plus. So all you women over 50...this is the one for you!!!!

This blush formula is so good! It's a perfect pinky coral peach on my skin tone, but I can tell it won't work for every skin tone. The highlighter shade is comparable to other high end brands like Pat McGrath's new Ultra Glow. Beautiful pink shift champagne, and the packaging is so cute without looking like kid makeup.

Ordered this off of denonas site and I love this lil palette. I was afraid the highlight would b glittery but not at all. I use it as highlight and shadow. And the blush is sooo pretty, it packs a punch I def do not have to use alot.

Blush color is a bit patchy and barbie-pink like

I have to go middle of the road (if I could do 2.5 stars I would) because while the highlighter is very pretty, glowing, and bright, I honestly cannot recommend the blush formula at all.

This is my first ND face palette, so I can't compare to the others but I had hoped the product was as shown: A pretty duo-chrome pink-champagne highlighter and a pinky-coral blush.

I will say the Highlighter is as expected, and very beautiful. If you are someone who likes a nice, glowly, jelly-like formula then this is the highlighter for you. It casts a lovely shine and isn't too pink or unnatural looking on the skin. I will say the embossing is unnecessary, it makes it a bit harder to pick up the product with a brush and I just think could've been dropped.

I wish I could say the same for the blush. It's at its best on bare skin, where it can sit and gradually fade away. I've found it gets very lumpy and weird looking on top of my primers, my cushion foundations, and I would not even attempt to put it under or over powder, it seems to pill up then. That's not a terrible thing for a cushion blush, but from my experiences it really requires some babysitting to get it right.

The color is also a bit deceptive, I have a golden undertone so many colors can look different on me, but even in YouTube reviews I'd say in the non-promo pictures it looks a bit more Barbie Pink than coral, which for me can look very harsh. It's not terrible, and some may love that look but for me, the reality is nothing like the description so I'm not thrilled.

Lastly (and this is personal preference) I wish the duo was vertical with a protector like her other face palettes. It's very hard to keep the highlighter glitter out of the blush, which is a downside in my opinion.

All in all, I think the Highlighter is lovely, the Blush was a major disappointment to me. I would recommend if you like the colors and don't mind babysitting a bit, but I do think the actual colors (in particular the blush) are a bit misleading and that affects the overall experience.
