Fabulous!

This is by far the nicest highlight /bronzer I’ve ever used because it doesn’t emphasize texture! It gives a rich smooth look... I’m sooo pleased!! What a beautiful finish this product gives!!!

Absolutely amazing!! I am a bit fair so I was a little concerned when I saw the color of the shimmer (light). It appears a little darker in the pan than when applied. It goes on sheer. It is subtle yet it gives you this “dewy glow”. Loved it!! I am hooked!

Beautiful everyday highlight

This is a beautiful everyday highlight. I love that it's not glittery and gives my skin a nice glow. If you are looking for a blinding highlight this is not it, but if you are after giving your skin a subtle sheen, this is a gorgeous product for that.

Deceiving shade, package flimsy
Photo of product included with review by Johann d.

Let me start off that the packaging was making a "creeking" sound everytime you open it. For its hefty price, not impressed by this factor.

In regard to the product, I got a medium, because I'm an NC35, or Sand in Born this Way foundation of Too Faced.

The product is WAYYY too dark for my skin tone, that it looks like I'm burnt. Not even a good Bronzy glow. So I am torn if it really suits medium skintone. Or if the other shades would be flattering for light to dark skin tones.

Attached is a swatch of ND 02 medium and champagne pop for reference, which is a perfect highlight shade in my opinion for my medium skin.

Sad sad sad.

subtle sheen...

I love highlighters. This is not blinding nor glittery.. very close to my skin tone but on the cool side. Different than any of my other highlighters. I love it nonetheless. When I want that natural "sheen" and soft dewy looking skin I will be wearing this. I also have used it to layer ... I place this on my face and then a brighter highlighter on the very top of my cheekbone.. very pretty

Shades in pics!

Pictures up on beautylish are so misleading! Im an NC35 so I figured (according to the pictures) that the medium shade will be perfect! Nope! I was wrong! I do take the responsibility as i should have probably googled more images. Medium is a bronze! A total bronze! For me it looks more like a bronzer than a highlighter.. so sad

Stunning!

I use it as a super light dusting all over my face! I adore it! I have fair skin and I chose the medium for its beautiful color and to give my skin a nice glow.

Too Dark

Ive got brown skin and usually go for the 2nd shade or whatever is offered for tan skin. I thought that the first shade would be for fair skin and the third shade for African-American skin-tones or darker shades. So I guess when I picked the medium tone I couldn't go wrong! Not the case. It's way too dark for my light brown skin! I still give the highlight a great rating because it's a awesome highlight! It's just not my shade. For reference I'm Filipina and have the typical Asian brown skin. I hope they can come out with a few more shades because I'm not so sure the other two colors would work out for me.

Perfect!!!

Wow this is a wonderful highlight! I actually am surprised because I thought in the pan that it appeared to glittery but I was wrong! It smooths out so nicely over my mature skin and draws NO attention to any lines or wrinkles (im 37) . It is powder but also slightly creamy to touch. Great for my drier skin. I have tan Asian skin and think the medium is perfect especially for my tan summers but I'm leaning towards the light shade for my paler skin in winter. Either way I can make both shades work. The amount you get for 38$ is good too! Was expecting a tiny compact like Becca does but I was surprised how much product was in there and the mirror is big and excellent quality too! I'm definitely repurchasing once I hit pan! New holy grail and that's saying a lot because I've been using another brand for 3yrs now. Love this highlight!!!
