Quad Eye Shadow

My favorite eyeshadow quads of all time are made by Maybelline Expert Wear. They have so many color combinations to choose from! One of my favorite quads is Chai Latte but I also love Amethyst Smokes and Emerald Smokes! I want to own every single quad because they are so easy and quick to use. They have a diagram on the back of the packaging for eyeshadow beginners. They really do have outstanding quality and seem to have prettier colors than the other brands. I am open to ALL drugstore brands because I believe that each brand has its ups and downs... Maybelline seems to be very strong in the eyeshadow department!

This was actually the first eyeshadow palette I ever owned. I repurchased the same color because I love the pigmentation, color, and the fact that it has a mixture of matte and shimmery shades. As others have said, this is a great palette to start off with. If I wore eyeshadow every day this would be something I would probably use every day, hands down. You go Maybelline, you go.

This, like many of the ladies here, was my very first eyeshadow quad! It was the product that got me into loving smokey brown eyes haha. I like how there's indicators as to where each eyeshadow will normally go, and there's further instructions on the back of the package. This is definitely for people who are new to makeup and want to start off with something subtle.

I am in love with this quad! I use it everyday and sometimes use the shadows by themselves, they're great both ways. They all suit each other amazingly. I also have Enchanted forest, i love it as well. But i have another but i have another, i think its seascape and i don't like it too much but other than that, they are amazing :)

This is one of my very first makeup palettes ever. I loved this palette because i could wear it every day and switch it up so many different ways. It lasts a very long time, the color is fairly opec, and they last all day. I dont think anyone likes applicators, but i used mine until i got an Avon mini brush set. Love this, and i may have to go get it again.

My quad in Chai Latte was one of the first quads I ever bought. I am still wearing it, using at least one color from it every single day. I bought the one I have about three or four years ago, and I've just hit pan on two of the colors this month. I literally have no negatives for these palettes. It's so convenient, the colors are highly pigmented, and you can create a number of different looks from just those four colors. The range is incredible, from everyday barely-there makeup to dramatic smokey eyes. The quads have changed their layout since I bought mine, but I look forward to buying backups :) Amazing product, definitely more than worth the price!

I love this pallete and i follow the directions it makes my eyes pop and its only 3.50 at my local walmart also the lid shade is a very good doop for urban decays shag deluxe eyeshadow for a fraction of the cost.

I use this product for when i do a brown or smoky eye look. For the best results use a eyelid primer. My favorite color in the latte is brow bone color. You might need a touch up because the colors start to fade after a few hours. The downside about this product is that the clear case fell off after a couple of uses.

I bought "Chai Latte" because that was the one I saw hyped on someone's blog - I'll give this a four - maybe because I don't like shimmers- I don't like the glitter, how it looks and how it's.. really there on my face smack dab in the middle of browns

Sorry it's so long - one last thing - I wish the quads were flat - mine has a curve for the clear lid - it's ends up taking up more space than needed in my drawer and .. well.. now I need to go buy more drawers lol!

LOVE these quads, I mean they are a great product for a great price. If you travel often, it can be a super big pain in the butt to pack up a ton of makeup gear. These little guys are life saves. I'm a huge fan of the "Chai Latte" color set, as it allows me to do a satin/neutral pin-up eye in a hurry, and it goes on smooth and wears well throughout the day. If you're a makeup geek on a budget, this is a set worth having!
