Wonderful product
Lately, I have been reading reviews or "expert" advice saying that expensive products like La Mer are not worth the money and that you can get the same thing at a much lower price.
WRONG!
I have had a difficult time with my eyelids now that I am over 75. I always have had bags under my eyes, they are hereditary in my family. Ugh. However, I noticed that lately, I have also developed allergies that made my eyelids swell and then deflate, leaving the skin crepey and saggy and super difficult to handle. Any kind of make-up would just exacerbate the problem.
OK, so I sprung for La Mer's The Eye Concentrate. Wow. Wonderful stuff!! Now, keep in mind, I am 76 years old! Your skin just gets worse and worse as you get older, and my eyelids were out of control. This product calmed the allergic reactions, smoothed the crepiness, and tightened the skin.
Of course, I still look old, there is no cream that will solve that for you, but I no longer have baggy upper eyelids that sag down over the other eyelid. The skin is very smooth and I can successfully wear eye shadow and concealer.
This product is a miracle worker and worth every penny. I will continue to purchase this wonderful product and not waste money on products that do nothing to rectify this difficult problem.
