How to Use

1. Outline your lips with your Velour Lip Liner, starting at the corner of your top lip. To mimic the look of fuller lips, draw slightly over the edge of your natural lip line. Safe for use on the eyes.
2. Next, apply your Velour Liquid Lipstick to bare lips with the doe-foot wand or your favorite lip brush. Wait for lipstick to dry completely before touching your lips. Avoid food with oil while wearing.
