Great liner- good pigment and it stays put even on the water line. It is very soft so trying to get a thin line is more difficult. This line is well worth the price

Best Pencil Liner Ever!
Sooooo smooth! I can use it as a liner by itself and go in with Wayne Boss brush 8 to get clean lines and I can also use it for a more smokey liner look when doing a more darker eye look since it blends very well. this color isn't a crazy color for people that, are still new with bold colors. It subtly adds a pop of color to your eyes instead of the boring old black everyday.
