'Double Wear' Stay-in-Place Makeup SPF 10

This is seriously my holy grail foundation. I have extremely oily skin that I usually would have to blot my face 2-3 hours after make up application. I find using this with Smashbox primer helps control my oil and keeps me matte for HOURS. The coverage is medium to full coverage and it is SUPER easy to blend out. Works great with a sponge or a brush. For a more flawless look I like using a sponge. Does not transfer so it's great. Feels like on the skin unlike the Revlon Colorstay (which can feel super cakey after a few hours).

So impressed with the long lasting power of this foundation! Does not budge one bit once it's on. Does not need a setting powder and looks flawless, definitely a full coverage foundation but doesn't feel like it, I have very oily skin but I also don't like a matte finish and wow this stuff is just amazing you have to try it for yourself(:

I remember when my mom gave this foundation a go. She's been dealing with acne due to hormonal fluctuations and had blamed this foundation before realizing the culprit. I let her impression of it sour mine. Flash forward 6 years and I'm working another brand's cosmetic counter at the store she purchased this from. I decided to let the counter manager in Estēe match me one evening after clocking out. I was impressed first by how well it blended with my hard to get right skintone. Secondly, since using this product, I get compliments almost every single day for how "beautiful" my skin looks. Now I can't leave for work without it (and technically I'm not a traitor to my products because they're owned by Estēe Lauder anyway). The coverage is so amazing that I could use it without concealer on my dark, red toned, under eye circles. That is saying a lot. By the end of my 8 hour shift my foundation looks as great as it did that morning when I applied it. If you're ever unsure about it, go to your nearest Estēe counter and get matched. They will give you a sample that could last you a week or two. More than long enough for you to find out if it's amazing for you too.

I really feel like I have found the right foundation for me! I have combination skin when one day my face will be extremely oily, and the other day it would feel dry but still feels oily around my nose, And this foundation does the trick! Amazing coverage Medium to full coverage depending on how you apply it. They recently took out the spf out of this foundation which got me mad because I was looking for a foundation with spf in it so I chickened out and brought the foundation which was a really great decision!

I've heard so many good reviews about this product and am glad I finally took the plunge and tried it out. I've got combo/oily skin which is prone to break outs but my skin has taken very well to this foundation. It covers my acne scars and evens my skin tone perfectly, giving an amazing finish. While I used to end up in an oily mess after a few hours, this foundation stays put throughout the day! ( I've tried it recently for 12 hours and it didn't budge! ) And I live in Asia where the humidity is crazy, but it's held up so well. With a good primer, setting powder and MACs Fix +, it leaves a flawless finish. :)

The only cons is that it is difficult to blend. I do recommend applying it on sections of the face, blending and then moving on to another section. I apply it with a damp beauty blender which works really great. It is also a tad expensive but really well worth it.

I cannot rave enough about it. If you have difficulty keeping your make up in place throughout the day, this is definitely recommended! The shade selection is good as well! Try out a sample and be amazed. :)

I have this foundation in 3W Tawny & honesly it's a little to dark for me. i Loose alot of color in the winter so the tawny becomes wayy to orange on me, for reference Im an NC25 very pale an ashy appereance. The consistency IMO is pretty thick & rich. It's much much heavier/thick than Studo Fix fluid. According to EL this a med-full coverage foundation but to me it seems like a super full coverage. anyway ..One good thing I can say is that it dosent oxidize in the summer at all, which is impressive considering alot of foundations do. My skin type is combination. I get alot of shine & oil on my T-zone and this foundation seems to withstand my oiliness. I can't say it controls oil but it definately fights & sord of creates a barrier. Of course it's mega super long wearing no freaken doubt about that which kinda scares me because during the holidays I was helping in cosmetics at my dept store (job) and I happened to help a very nice woman of color. I poured some foundation on the back of my hand color matched her and when it was time to remove the left over foundation, i had a huge stain on my hand. I sprayed alchohol, used the Take it away makeup remover, used other lines makeup removers washed my hand etc & it would not go away until I got home & took a shower with hot water i had to literally scrub and it went away. After that expirience Im kinda iffy about the foundation mainly because im scared like how do i know If it really came off my face? I couldn't imagine someone wearing this on a daily basis, our pores need to breath!.. anyway we all have different expiriences with things
