Brush Shampoo

This was a pleasant surprise. I use this to wash my squirrel hair brushes. Other than being very easy to wash off (it doesn’t lather much), it leaves my brushes silky and hydrated. Normally my brushes blooms and get a bit rougher after wash but seems like this hydration controls them a bit. Smells great too. Minus 1 star for packaging and performance: when first opened it has a rough texture on top I thought I got a used product, there was also no seal. It also doesn’t remove all foundation traces from 1 wash, unlike my baby shampoo.

I only used to wash my makeup brushes with hand wash! Shocking I know. But since then I’ve purchased expensive brushes so I wanted something better. I had around 50 brushes to clean so I used most of this pot. But omg it did an amazing job. My brushes have never looked so clean! I love that it’s Natural too! I also used the sigma mat for cleaning the brushes. I’m definitely going to purchase more of this shampoo it’s amazing!

Deep cleaning brushes is a pain. It's time consuming and given the sheer amount of brushes I have - a daunting task. That is until I found this beauty. Wet, swirl and rinse and my brushes are back to looking brand spanking new.

I love that I never have to go back in with the soap to get the brush to rinse clean and I find my brushes perform insanely better than with any other cleanser I've used. Plus it's cut my deep cleaning time in half and I absolutely adore the soft lavender scent.

Pair this with some brush guards and your brushes will be singing your praises.

I am currently using MUF instant cleanser which gives complete clean and instant dry. It does fantastic job for eye brushes but it requires more rounds of cleansing and consumes more for foundation brush. So I need something else for my foundation and concealer brushes. When I see this cleanser I decided to give it a try. At first I read the instruction I wonder if this will leave dirt on the shampoo, I am not sure how it works it just won't! I feel something like a wax layer on brush while washing but after drying wax touch isn't there. It gives complete clean with just 1 round of quick wash. Glad that I have one more useful item from Beautylish!

I have natural hair brushes mainly and I being using this shampoo for a while now, this is the first time I get in this scent and I’m enjoying it even more, my brushes are always clean, soft and they smell amazing

I noticed that my ultra-soft brushes were becoming a bit dry and less soft after many washes with basic brush soap so I decided to try this.

After a single wash my brushes were already silkier and had more spring and were visibly conditioned! I had no problem with lathering and I appreciate that it doesn’t lather endlessly like dish soap so it doesn’t take forever to rinse out.

For my synthetic foundation and concealer brushes I had to do 2 washes. The shampoo washed my Beauty Blenders with ease but for heavy stains and extremely hard to remove foundation I would recommend a stronger brush cleaner.

This brush shampoo is obviously meant to condition and preserve delicate brushes like Wayne Goss and I appreciate that it’s gentle and doesn’t strip the bristles completely.

I’m not the biggest fan of lavender in general but that’s just personal preference. I will probably get grapefruit next once it’s back in stock.

I've had this for a year. I've tried for a year. I have well over 100 brushes. And it just doesn't clean. I've tried everything. I've read the reviews and maybe I just have a bad one. I always have to go back to beauty blender bar I received this in 2017 luckybag

Not only does this shampoo work so well but it actually smells like real lavender oil, not some weird version of what lavender is supposed to smell like. It's such a nice scent when doing your makeup in the morning. Want to try the grapefruit and rose next!

I love the scent and how effective it is for cleaning my brushes and beauty blenders. It rinses easily and leaves my brushes like new.

I love how easy this makes cleaning my brushes. It's so fast. Just swish it around until it comes clean, quick clean over the cleaning mat, rinse, boom-clean brushes. Smells great and leaves everything so clean.
